I didn't know this existed until I was flipping through the channels:
DIY's "I Did It With Duct Tape" - advice on things you can do with duct tape -- not sure if they cover the duct tape prom dress or not! They did cover fixing a tent, a canoe, your boots, a fishing pole, making a plug waterproof, smoothing a rough hose handle, and how to conveniently carry pieces of duct tape around with you. I'm just not that enamored with duct tape - but find the billions of uses amusing.
My favorite fact from the show:
Duct tape was originally called "duck" tape. During World War II, the soldiers needed a tough, waterproof tape they could fix their equipment with and help keep their ammo boxes dry. Duct tape was invented in 1942 and called "duck" tape because water rolled off the tape just like a duck's back.
No longer can you correct everyone to say 'duct.'
